Pryz and DreDre for Harris and T-murph

In some ways it makes sense.

Pryzbilla hasn't done a whole lot recently, puts up mediocre numbers and fouls a lot. Cunningham is way better when he actually had a chance. Troy Murphy has a huge contract, he hasn't gotten to play much because Avery Johnson seems to hate him(as well as Harris), in previous seasons Murphy has been a double double machine and shoots effectively from downtown, but with no playing time, its hard for him to really flourish when he is the third power forward in your rotation.

Andre Miller and Devin Harris

Is Devin Harris younger? Yes. Is he better? Debatable. Would he be an improvement? Yes. Devin Harris is working under the guidance of Avery Johnson, and they don't really see eye to eye. He is only averaging 14 points and 7 assists shooting 30% from 3 and 42% from the field. . . SOMEWHERE HE DOESN'T WANT TO BE. Imagine if you will a happy Devin Harris where he isn't the #1 option on offense but still produces more. He is 28 years old, truly great point guards don't really start being dominant until they are in the 28-30 age zone. He has his best years ahead of him and wouldn't it make sense that we would want him for those. Andre Miller is in the twilight of his career, he is still a dependable pro, but he doesn't run like he used to. He is a player, a mans man even. . . but he's an old mans man. If we could some how get the salaries to match without giving up a lot. This trade could really help Portland.
